Most underrated Steeler.

    There are so many worthy names listed here that it got me wondering. Had these guys played on different teams, how many of them would be on numerous other team's lists of 10 greatest players in that teams history?

    I'm not sure today's fans know enough about Blount. They see highlights that focus more on Greene and Lambert and don't know enough about the greatness of Blount and Ham, among others. Blount was dominant, so much so that the league had to change the rules. He is among the greatest cornerbacks in league history.

    Lake was a great player from day one, and just moving to cornerback during the season in 1995 was just amazing.

    James Farrior was the very definition of underrated. Just ask yourself how we would have done without him during our Super Bowl contention in the 2000`s.

    He would be my pick for most underrated Steeler of all time during my following the team since 1972.

    Aaron Smith was very underrated....especially by non Steelers fans. Great choice.
