I've been a Steelers fan since 1974 and I have never seen an offseason with so many drama and it ain't over till the draft is over. I think the last big drama that I saw was when Cowher replaced Noll. When Tomlin replaced Cowher, it didn't really have an impact as the Cowher/Noll situation. 2024 offseason has been a pleasure to observe, but I hope we have a very successful season.

When was the last a team lost or got rid of all three of their quarterbacks from the season that just ended?

I don’t understand why it gets to the point where so many players can’t stand being here?

There is no reason it should have gotten to the point where Kenny got traded, DJ gets traded, and Chuks gets cut with a year on his contract. George Pickens will probably implode at some point.

There is something toxic going on in that locker room, which voted their ownership and facilities the worst in the league BTW…

Still waiting for another playoff win … and here we are going into year 4 of a rebuild of this team.

    It’s gross, that’s all I can say,

It appears they are doing a good job of removing the toxic waste so far

Some folks are resistent to change but some things are inevitable. Change is always constant. I want to see where this leads.

    What is drama in life?

Drama often accompanies major life changes and transitions. Unnecessary drama happens when people turn small issues into large problems. Drama is often created by those who need attention and excitement in their life.

You are assuming it was coming from those guys. I'm not sure that is true. Pickens is still there, so it certainly isn't all gone.

All I heard last season was people moaning and tearing their hair out about this offense. It was the same the year before and the year before. I am happy that we are trying to take things in a new direction. Yes, risks have to be taken.

You really have to start thinking about it. I am not sure what is going on down at southside.

We certainly needed some change based on how this franchise has been stuck in the mud for over a decade but is this the way to do it? Feel like Omar is trying to really pound his chest and show everyone who’s boss. Lets hope he has a master plan in the end because the future as of now is very questionable especially at the most important position.

Pickens seemed to improve his attitude towards the end of the season

    Maybe he will be ok

Perhaps with Diontae Johnson out of the equation he will be. Time will tell but we shall have to see.
