MR in Tennessee has a chance to play. Kenny is burried behind Hurts.

Mason Rudolph. Mason is an unselfish, hard-working, humble individual who is always going above and beyond to LEARN how to get better at the QB position, even when he's in an unfair situation like a no. 3 behind two individuals with less talent. Kenny is a self-entitled, bratty, insubordinate and intellectually inferior individual who thinks he's already entrenched himself as a QB1 even though he's done absolutely nothing to have earned that honor.

I think Mason simply because I think he ends up being a fairly solid option as a back up for the forseable future. Not 100% certain that Kenny makes it in the league.

Rudolph is already better than Pickett but that isn't saying much. Rudolph is a career backup QB at best.

You’re behaving no better than the people who believed Garrett. It’s one thing to criticize Picketts skills as a QB, quite another to assassinate his character based on bs hearsay. By the way, the refuse to dress story didn’t happen.

I’ve seen multiple reports of how Little bi tch acted after getting benched and none of them were positive. Now he asks for a trade because the Steelers brought in an nfl caliber starting qb? Yeah I don’t believe his presser for a second

It's kind of a miracle Hurts hasn't missed more games with how he plays, and they have lost a couple lineman. Kenny will get a chance, assuming he's second string. No way the Eagles ever pick up his 5th year though.

You couldn’t be further off base. I want every player the Steelers sign/draft/trade for to succeed. It only makes the team better. Clearly pick it believed he would be handed the starting gig despite the fact he hasn’t earned it. He just torpedoed whatever career he might have had by acting like a child

I thought there was a small chance Kenny could have stuck it out here and been pretty decent.

But there were always some things that bothered me. One was his accuracy as a thrower wasn't great. Rudolph had him beat in that department.

So I was just listening to the latest Ramon Foster Show. Early on the Seattle thing came up. DK said something to the affect of it didn’t happen goes on to say he posted an article about the subject today and the source was actually in the room. I haven’t read the article, but apparently in this instance little bi tch did not act like a petulant child.

Really no reason to hate on the kid. He’s been pretty professional his whole time here.

His QB play is fair game and it was pretty bad. He was put into a lousy situation but he didnt rise to the occasion.

No. He hasn’t. All reports of his actions after getting benched are not good. I understand he wants to play. He’s a competitor yada yada yad. However, he played 25 games and was pretty terrible overall. He had moments here and there, but overall it was poor at best. Then to demand a trade because he’s facing real competition? Bye Felicia

The “No” I don’t learn from the sideline and “I would have been the starter if I were healthy” most certainly happened! And Dulac reported again TODAY that Pickett refused to dress. There are a couple of ways to refuse to dress, to explicitly refuse to dress is one way. Another way is to pout and behave in such a passive aggressive manner that you get your way.

And to compare my criticism of Kenny Pickett to those who believed Myles Garrett??? Are you kidding me, Blast? There is way more evidence that Pickett behaves like an entitled brat than there ever was about Jussie Garret’s accusations against Rudolph.

Pickett pouted his way out of Pittsburgh but you keep believing what you will.

I guess I’m just VERY frustrated and disappointed the way Kenny’s career has turned out. I had such high hopes for him when he was drafted and remember how excited Franco was when he announced the pick. Then I spent his first year defending him and believing that Kenny’s problems were all on Canada. I just knew that he was going to progress dramatically in his second year and after the pre-season my expectations about Kenny’s success was at an all-time high. Then the real games started and Kenny looked absolutely lost. Rather than progressing, he actually regressed…badly.

I won’t rehash all of his flaws here, but his behavior when Mason was playing so well was inexcusable. I understand not being happy you’re not playing, but some of his words and behaviors at the end of the season made him seem like an entitled brat. And it appears that he’s continued to pout after the Steelers signed Wilson and decided that, rather than stick around and fight for his job, he’d rather be traded and get out of dodge. I said the other day that this could be good for Pickett. Sitting behind Wilson for a year or two and learning what he could behind a 9 time Pro-Bowler and Super Bowl champion could have been beneficial. Now he’s going to a team where the starter is firmly entrenched and in the prime of his career. It’s just a sad and disappointing end to his career in Pittsburgh.

Not comparing accusations just that you are believing every negative report about Pickett. Picketts been very professional, never blamed Canada, never threw teammates under the bus for running lazy routes and quitting on plays and would blame himself but because he wasn’t perfect you dub him an entitled brat and other silly names. It’s not enough to criticize his QB play, you have to attack his character and over blow some pretty mundane things like how he answered a question ffs. Your perfect world must be nice to live in.
