Sure but that doesn’t mean they both weren’t t pouting because the QBs or OC couldn’t get them catches.

he is ON NOTICE. Khan is taking no prisoners.

shape up or ship yo' ass out, is the message.

let's see if the kid responds.

Russell + a vet WR will help, I think....

Fitz was not like this, D Adams not so much, C Kupp, Deebo, M Evans, Hopkins, T Higgins

not saying they are all saints, there are varying degrees, but DJ pushed the envelop and the Brass weighed the good with the bad the bad won!

    more help will be coming.

Jackson is pretty good, living here now in NC, asked couple of hardened Panthers fans, they are disappointment to see him leaving

Dulac should just retire. It’s getting embarrassing for him or he’s just in it for the hot takes now.

Agreed. I would put money on all the people saying DJ was easily replaceable not being so mouthy if He had went to KC.

It still isn't an excuse for taking plays off, which only makes things worse. Hell, the worst example of it came in the game against the Bengals when the ball had gone to Johnson in the end zone on the previous play. Sure, the officials blew the call and Tomlin should have challenged, but Johnson could have made that all moot by hanging on to the ball all the way through the end of the play. The only person he should have been mad at in that moment was himself.

I saw an interesting quote from Smith from his Atlanta days, he was asked what does he do if players dont buy into his offense, he replied he wont play them, get someone else out there.

Pickens fits, when his head is right, he loves blocking, DJ just wants to run routes. He also doesnt do anything to help the QB when they start scrambling. He would have been a bad fit all around.

    Writing was on the wall.

That would have been bad. Mahomes would have loved him, precision routes.

Instead the Steelers gave him Bryce Young :lolol:

I'm sure he would have found another excuse to take a play off, but it is an example of a situation when those other excuses didn't apply and he still dogged it.

You made excuses for Johnson. They didn't apply in that situation. So no, it's not a reach if you can follow the logic.

i don't think he is easily replaceable - he is very talented.

    i will miss him.....and I won't.

he would have been a BIG NUT to pay with a new contract.

can't pay them all and and can't keep everyone. apparently too, in AS's offense, you have to block. they did not think he could or would. Wish him the best, regardless.

and LET'S GO JACKSON! Looking forward to seeing the new kid,

    We will find some WR's.

Dude he dropped a pass. It does happen. That doesn’t indicate a lack of effort or taking a play off as you claim

Perhaps not on its own but maybe a swap along with a sixth should someone like Zach Fraizer be within striking distance. Would gladly entertain the idea but as you said, not likely.
