Bobby April hired by Raiders...do Steelers stick with AMOS?????

I can't believe we didn't even hear about April coming into interview again.

Bobby has been one of the best in the business for years...and maybe its just me...but the Steelers special teams are not so special.

Yeah I hope Amos is gone. Good grief man we are horrible on ST.

 

I think one of Tomlin's deficiencies is that he's not decisive. I understand that it's not good to overreact and fire someone unnecessarily, but there is no way that Amos should keep his job after our season long fiasco with special teams. The Broncos fired their DB coach the day after they lost their playoff game to the Ravens because their safety misplayed Flacco's lollipop. Not saying this was right, but sometimes a message needs to be sent and players need to understand that their performance on the feld has repercussions!

 

Tomlin won't fire Amos. So the Rooneys wil have to do it, just like they did Arians. And then Tomlin will tell the press it was all his idea.

 

OMG , he was available and we didn't jump on him? are you kidding me?

 

I was hoping to hear something about him coming in/etc. Who knows maybe he didn't want to come back/etc...I know they met with him before he went to Philly...who knows what happened there. We'll never know...

 

one of the two : or tomlin doesn't have a clue of who to hire or cordinators doesn't want to work with tomlin , anyway tomlin is the problem when we need to hire good cordinators
