If they are truly giving up on Pickett they better be drafting a QB this year.

Russell Wilson has the fourth highest career passer rating in NFL history, he is not sitting on the bench behind Kenny Pickett lol.

Typical Falcants, no way you pay Cousins that kind of money.

I'm worried about 2024 right now, 10-11 wins gets you in the playoffs where anything can happen.

I see this as maybe allowing them to start a rookie at center if they have too. Wilson, should be able to manage it better than Pickett at this point.

The Brocos cut Wilson with the fouth highest career passer rating in NFL history while paying him 38 million for 2024 and a cap hit on the 2025 season. LOL.

The Steelers will pay Wilson 1.21 mill. Competition bro. Bargin bro. Luck bro. KP shines, all is good. KP doesn't shine, Wilson is an upgrade from KP, MT, or MR. Win for the Steelers.

The Steelers can focus on other needs in the draft and free agency in 2024.

At 20 again trying to grab a QB.

Ben fell to them and they got really lucky at 11. Still, he could have been even greater, if he had embraced the skill set he had at the end, more in the beginning of his career.

Win for the Steelers. The Bills paid MT 5+ mill over two seasons. The Falcons paid Cousins 180 mill over 4 seasons. The Steelers paid 1.21 mill for one season. Wilson is the more accomplished player.

But don’t you think that is part of the ongoing problem? The organization just keeps doing enough to be around 500 and maybe get a 7 seed. I’m sick and tired of that crap already.

Well, they're never going to get a top 5 pick to get an elite QB, you never know they might catch lightning in a bottle with Wilson .

    Blast believes..........

The OC was of KP's choice. KP didn't execute the offense.

Players generally win or lose. I've studied sports enough to know this.

It's not a problem. Sports are unpredictable. The real problem is fan perception. You are stuck in a "negative thought fan loop".

That answer will come either tomorrow or March 28th. March 12th is Oregon's Pro Day. March 28th's is Dukes.

Should Mike Tomlin and Omar Kahn both be at either or, we shall have our answer at who starts as a Rookie. Ideally I want JPJ but Graham Barton's potential on the inside is simply too difficult to pass up.
