Can’t stand steely dan. However, you’re getting dangerously close to an early death. :lolol:

LOL. From what I remember, Jethro Tull was some dude who invented the seed splitter. Not quite a cyclotron, but an important farm to market milestone.

I also just read where Ian Anderson is a puritan and has not/does not imbibe in alcohol, tobacco or drugs. Bravo for him. In his day, he was one of the best performers on stage along with an incredibly talented band. Seamless brilliancy from the first note to the 2nd encore's last. :thumbs up:

I have a hard time believing that one. Perhaps that’s how he’s living now, but back in the Rock N Roll Circus era no freaking way

This is a variation of the article I read elsewhere and I too found it perhaps incredulous. But this is what he's portraying at this point. Memory clouded from............?

Pisses me off there aren’t any recordings available of this epic event. The Rolling Stones, je Thor Tull, john Lennon, Eric Clapton, Mitch Mitchell, Taj Mahal, The Who…

This thread has shown me there are a million bands or individuals who no one ever heard of but make very cool music.

Some of you really go deep into the music world. Must admit, I only know the more commercialized music.

No thanks Rold Gold (fk Frito Lay). For me it is actually "rolled gold" which then leads to munchin on Snyder's of Hanover.
