I don't get why the Bills didn't wait until free agency to find a backup QB, Trubisky is terrible, he couldn't win a game for the Steelers last season.

Ironically after Mitch was benched in place of Kenny in 2022, he stated he wished he didn't sign so quickly with the Steelers. He now signed rather quickly again with the Bills. I believe his market was a lot colder than Mason's which could have led to signing so quickly with the Bills. Familiarity has a comfort I'm sure.

 

Yeah the 2 million had nothing to do with it. I think Mason is looking for more than 2 million a year.
