Injury concerns are why Trice fell so far in the draft, so him blowing out his knee in his first training camp is a very bad sign.

- what the media wants: Fields
- what I want : Wilson for 1 year
- what the Steelers will do: re-sign Mason and roll with Pickett.

I am expecting the same thing from Khan with Free agency again this year. I look for the Steelers to once again be very active in the first week and sign like 5 guys.

I know back in the Colbert era we always seemed to have to wait until the "Blue Light" specials became available later in Free Agency before singing anyone. This probably had a lot to do with Ben's Salary.

 

No we will be 9-8 trust me. Someone somewhere has sacrificed something.

 

Free Agency is something you have to be careful with.
Here I am using Washington again, but they do everything wrong. They wound up with the Millionaires Yacht Club.
Senior players could always get one or two years on an overpriced contract.

I'd rather an OT come from the draft.. and maybe grab a C in FA.
Sprinkle in a CB and a decent WR.. I'd be ok.

To add to the QB rumor's today on 93.7 the fan they were saying that the Giants are looking to trade Daniel Jones and and try and move up in the draft to take one of the top 3 QB's. Any takers for mediocre, often injured Daniel Jones? lol

 

No way. Wilson is an upgrade to what they had last year, why would they regress?

I agree...I was talking about the scenario that the Steelers keep Rudolph and that would be Pickett and Rudolph our first 2 QBs.It would be a another boring 9-8 type season with some lucky break in this scenario!

 

I like it, but I rather We draft another one high. So We have two under rookie contract for awhile.
