Who will it be?

If there is anything Terry understands, it is that quarterbacks don't always learn and improve at the rate that everyone wants them to. Fans, teams, and coaches want to see immediate success, but some players need to first have good coaching and be put in a good position before they can begin to show what they can really do. Patience is not in large supply when talking about the NFL, especially when it comes to quarterbacks.

Sometimes, being patient enough to live through some tough times makes it worth it when they come out the other side.

I think Terry believes that Pickett was put in a horrible position, that his offensive coordinator was terrible, and that he sees talent and upside in him that will reveal itself with some time in a new offensive system if everyone is patient enough to let it happen.
