How would you feel if the Steelers were as good as & similar to the Chiefs?

I find the soap opera a bit nauseating just because of the amount of coverage they throw out there. Sure millions of new fans but they probably are just for the moment and not long term football fans.

 

I went to my granddaughters HS soccer game and there were 17 people in attendance. I went to the same school's football game that Friday night and there were a couple of thousand there.

 

It says a lot about the rest of the NFL, this was considered a down year for the Chiefs, yet they still won the Super Bowl .

 

That could be true and I thought about that. Once the romance angle goes away I wonder how many will remain loyal football watchers. I hope a lot of them will but probably most of them will stop watching the games.

 

I just hate Chinese food. Tried it many times but have yet to enjoy it.

It shouldn’t. It’s not popular in Pittsburgh but western PA is a tiny market compared to other metro areas.

 

Girls Softball is about as popular as football in my hometown. The bleachers are always packed at the field for games. Soccer... not so much.

 

I live in Sixer country and they are an after thought. Philly fans tell a joke. If you want to see what a bandwagon fans look like watch the parade if Sixers win it all. I might see 1 Sixer hat in my area while I see tons of the other 3 teams gear. Granted there are certain sections of Philly where BB and the Sixers are loved but I do not venture there.

I only watch NBA during the playoffs, or live....otherwise I pay it no attention.

 

Turkish food is pretty damn good

 

Soccer is a good tv sport to take a nap to.

I go to Chinese restaurant buffets and walk around wondering which animal or pet I am eating and how well it is cooked. I mostly see obese people shoveling food and loosening their belts going for their fifth or sixth round. Last time I went it was on Christmas Day a couple years back cause we didn’t have any family visiting and my wife didn’t feel like cooking. I was astonished how many people were there with a line out the door. I guess it’s a tradition for some . I decided to try the fish this time and it was the worst fish I’ve ever eaten. I think they pulled straight from a tank and filleted it and threw it in the pan over the wick burners. Barely made it home and felt poisoned all evening.
