TJ got screwed

The media loves the Browns for some reason , they won 4 awards at the NFL Honors.

 

Even Nick Herbig had more sacks in the last 7 games than Garrett, Herbig had 2 in that time period.

I think Stefanski won because all of the injuries the Browns dealt with, they used 4 different QBs this season.

 

It sucks Watt missed the season finale, he could've padded his stats a little bit more.

 

not to mention Chubb and some others along the way. he did a great job with the hand dealt. doesn't help when your owner handcuffed you with several years of first round draft picks and salary cap hell for a washed up QB

 

Stefanski did a great job in the circumstances without a doubt.

I would qualify that by saying that he did benefit from playing a lot of second string QB’s and also several magical / flukey games from Flacco

All that said, I’ve no issue with him getting the award.

 

I thought DeMeco Ryans should've won it, maybe because I hate the Browns , but Ryans was a first year HC and made the playoffs with a rookie QB.

 

There were 8 voters that left Watt out of their top 3 for DPOY .
