Wonder if the reports of munchak wanting to reunite with him are true?

I actually like the hire. Utilizes a lot of play action which is something we’ve been lacking for a long time.

Good with this. Very good if Munch is included.

Just saw this, not sure if it's a good or bad thing, just hope it's not too simple of a offense

I for one do not like this hire. I hope I am wrong. Of course, I had Bijon Robinson on my fantasy team this year....nuff said.

After Rooney's talk yesterday, I wonder how many people Smith is bringing with him. Rooney seemed to indicate that the new OC would be brining extra coaches with him.

Right now I am not sure who is still employed on the offensive side of the ball. Sullivan, Faulkner, Meyer?

I did not see who the Steelers were sending to the Senior Bowl.

All I know is, as a head coach not so good. But, maybe offense is different.

Does this mean that Munchak and Ryan Tannehill are next?

I will hope for the best but this is still a concern....I hope he was bad in Atlanta because he was also the head coach....As OC,he was great in the 2 years with the titans,so at least the hope is here....

Simple or not they’ll wait until the talking heads say something so they have something to say

Did well with the Titans as the OC. Not so much as a head coach for the Falcons.

Likes to use the tight ends in the red zone.

    Maybe Tannehill as a #2

And if Munch comes here as the O Line coach what a Big Bonus!

Sounds like this hire will be better for Najee than "Picket to Pickens"?

What coordinators produce as head coaches varies wildly and there's so many variables that it's hard to draw too many conclusions. Bijon had a good season under Smith but they didn't have the QB.

He still may not have the QB here. But all that aside this is a significant upgrade for the Steelers in gameplanning acumen. We're gonna feel this one in a good way.

I hope we bring in a Pass Game Coordinator to help develop Pickett, because this hire has made me less enthusiastic about drafting a QB anytime soon. Art talked all thus noise on the importance of a QB and its development, and this is the idiot they hire... might as well kept Faulkner since this was the direction they were going.

Hope its good all around. Titans had their best years with Smith as OC which coincided with Derrick Henrys best years, but AJ Brown put up some good numbers too.

They might get an interview but don't expect any to be retained especially Meyer.
