that would help tremendously. He does it twice, he can’t watch anymore and therefore we don’t have to hear him cry

I saw a cartoon with two little kids and a mother

Frame 1: Mother “ you two sound like a broken record”

Frame 2: Kid “what’s a broken record sound like”

    Frame 3: Other kid “what’s a record”

Just tell him to use this to get his message heard by the people that need to hear it.

I would think the interviewee can get tips from their current boss, the main thing is probably to talk about your offensive or defensive philosophy.

Is that how you handle job interviews? Ask your boss for help preparing?

Why wouldn't a guy like Zac Robinson ask Sean McVay for advice on interviewing for a HC job? I don't need help in preparing I just BS my way through it :hehehe:.

No I idea how NFL teams do interviews, but I can say that the best interviews I've been a part of in my career, from either side of the table, are those where the interviewee is basically given the questions in advance and the best answers to those questions are ones that include specific examples.

Preparation in that respect is being able to give concise, straightforward answers followed by specific examples that provide context, your actions, and the resulting outcomes.

And I've asked bosses, good ones at least, how to best to prepare for an interview.

Edit: At the current company I work at, we ask for a work sample from every candidate. This is usually in the form of a couple of work related tasks that we would expect from whoever got the job. For an OC, for example, one might ask "We're playing the Bills next week. Provide the first set of scripted plays and the rationale behind their selection."

Well, if you're a Gen Z'r there's a good chance you'd want your parents accompanying you to the interview

In college I had an interviewer ask if I worked well under pressure

Befire I could stop myself I replied “I have to work well under pressure he’ll sometimes that’s the only time I do any work”

I was not offered a job
