How about just results? Are you happy with the results over the past few years? I'm not and expect more from the steelers. We debate the reasons for the mediocre results on this board every day. I'm sure there are many reasons contributing to the results. And the head coach, just like a CEO, holds the bag. Head coaches get fired every year for underachieving and delivering the results we've seen over the past 7 years. Why does Tomlin get a pass. It's time for a change.

No, I’m not happy with the results. However, I’m not going to blame a coach for a qb throwing interceptions. I’m not going to blame a coach for someone fumbling the ball. We lose both of our 3 down linebackers literally bring people in off the street out of necessity and y'all blame the coach. I don’t live in fantasyland. I stick to what actually transpired on the field while yall grasp at straws pointing fingers at everyone under the sun except the people responsible. Our former qb throws two interceptions in the Super Bowl one of which is a pick 6 and some of you are still blaming tomlin and Arians.

Oh ok. So no postseason wins in 7 years is all on the players. Gotcha.

Who is to blame for the interception in the endzone vs the bills? Who is to blame for Pickens’ fumble? Were the Bills or the Steelers the better team? Who is to blame for the Steelers spotting the browns 28 points? Is it Tomlin’s fault Ben stood there looking at a ball on the ground? Is it Tomlin’s fault Holcomb and Alexander were lost for the season in consecutive weeks? Remember those two guys were our 3 down linebackers a d responsible for carrying tight ends down the seem.

    Strummer getting owned as usual

It’s all on the players! Coaching has no responsibility whatsoever! Why even have a coach??? Let’s save some cash!!

How about how flat and unprepared they look every recent playoff game? All on the players I assume?

So in your fantasyland coaches are responsible for turnovers. You should probably refrain calling anyone owned. Except maybe yourself when you’re bound and gagged by your man.

Funny how you said 3 wins in 9 years. You could have said 3 wins in 13 years. Also 2 of 3 wins came against a backup QBs

Minkah had to take over the coaching duties vs GB or it was more than likely a loss.

Harbaugh has done plenty of impressive things. The Ravens have beat the Patriots in the playoffs more than once. They beat the patriots down in foxborro. They destroyed the 49ers this year. I don’t have any game I can point to where Tomlin destroyed a team in the playoffs when the other team was the favorite.

It has a lot to do with the game that is played. Take the 49ers versus Packers last week. The Packers lost but they played well and showed they can compete and have a bright future. Now let’s take a look at when the Chiefs played the Steelers in the first round. People on ESPN said the Chiefs playing the Steelers was “better than having a bye week”. The Steelers lost in embarrassing fashion like always. Soooo yes there is a difference

I never said execution and mistakes wasn't a factor, but you dont ever seem to point any blame toward Tomlin. In your narrative, coaching, scheme, play calling, clock management, and game preparation were, and have always been top notch and good enough to win every game. And the reason for every loss in postseason or not even making postseason is 100% on the players messing up and not executing.

I can't think of a bigger deflection than a salacious, unfounded personal attack that's completely unrelated to the topic. I didn't do that, you did.

So Tomlin is not responsible for anything that happens on the field. Those are your words not mine
