You are talking about Canada and pretending you are using logic

    Now that is just precious

I’m not pretending anything, but I will agree that hiring Canada was risky move given his background. Sticking with him this long was worse than the hiring decision

I am pretty sure this is why the rookie pay scale was introduced in the NFL. Just drafted rookies like Mathew Stafford were becoming the highest paid players in the NFL.

Who gets more money Experience or Potential in the NFL? Owners love to throw money at the next up and coming SUPERSTAR.

Different personnel in Denver that's what happened. He didn't have Bell and Ben making the line look better than it really was?

Multiple reports over the years is that the Steelers are below league average for assistant coaches salaries and they have been since Noll was here. They also have one of the smallest coaching staffs in the NFL, and again, have since Noll was here.

The staff was small under Noll and Cowher.......however, that was also Tomlin's fault I'm sure.

Their salaries are unknown. People make guesses and estimates, but that’s all they are. Fillip oni is tossing more bs out there as usual and y’all gobble it up as usual. Then you’ll probably turn around and complain about the media. If y’all didn’t buy **** people wouldn’t sell ****.

That's why I was laughing, because while I don't think they rank 32nd, I also don't think they are very high on the list.

I do have an issue with the number of coaches though, especially when the Steelers have 21 and Baltimore has 38. Yes, quality of quantity blah blah blah.....but I'm a big proponent in specializing over wearing multiple hats. Also, you can be great but in the end there are still 24 hours in a day, 7 days a week, and 53 players to prepare for games.

There was a time with Noll, cannot remember the year, where we had 7 coach's (including HC and him as special teams coach, and I think others had moved to 12 total. Indeed we move slowly lol

Seriously they should be reaching out to him.

I'm draft OT with the first pick and a center with the 2nd.

Get some young blood in there with a coach that's going to refine them.

Control drives and keep the defense off the field

They are always up against the salary cap limit. How is that being cheap. Tomlin is one of the highest paid head coaches. Literally zero proof of them being cheap

When Munchak was hear and a first round pick was hurt. The backup would play just as good. He could get any 5 guys to play well.

A lot of that had to do with a HoF QB, the the rest of the killer B's

I’d bring Munchak in as Assistant Head Coach. We haven’t had one of those since John Mitchell retired.

Can we hire a coach that's sole focus is to ensure our NFL Center can snap the ball in shotgun to the QB properly?

Personally i would love it if he came back...which means it probably won't happen. But a guy can dream right?

He spent this past season whispering OL sweet nothings in McVay's ear out in LA. He was showing up late in the week and helping their line with gameplan specifics. I suspect it's legit so hope Tomlin has been talking to him.

I would transport myself by an Amish horse and buggy before I ever bought an EV.

We can’t hire a special teams coach who can teach our punter to kick a ball better than Charlie Brown

The Killer B’s didn’t do anything before or after Munchak. The killer B’s didn’t win a playoff game without him.

An argument can easily be made that the Steelers haven't won a playoff game since Todd Haley was OC. Also, if the standard is winning a championship, not just winning a playoff game, neither Munchak, Haley, or the Killer B's did **** after 2008.
