If those coaches only had 1 win between them , That's still more wins than Tomlins coaching tree has produced

not enough room. Had we had the crystal ball he would’ve took over for Aaron smiths premature injury situation and we’d been rolling

I always thought Cowher cut Vrabel. Maybe I’m wrong. I remember thinking Bill didn’t like him all that much.

Very important for a head coach to always be well surrounded... Just looking at the Ravens under John Harbaugh...He is able to find elite coordinators, especially on defense

If if don't happen next year for Tomlin,it will never happen....

Tomlin supporters don't put any importance on this because it makes Tomlin look bad.

So, I’m having a little difficulty determining how we arrive at this coaching tree.

Is it coaches who started their careers in the NFL with the head coach?

Is it started their coordinators careers with the head coach?

does it count if they were coordinators before they worked for the HC?

What if they bounced up and down the coaching ladder after they were a coordinator for that HC?

What if those coaches were already on staff when they took over? Do we give credit to the former Head Coach or the one that elevated them later?

You don’t want him to do that. Pretty sure the only ones sniffing 500 are Marvin Lewis and Bruce Arians. A few are a bit of a reach too. Culley coached the Texans for a single year in 2021(4-12 his only hc job). Gailey had 10 years of coaching experience prior to joining the Steelers. Capers had 12 years coaching experience before joining the Steelers. Arians had 20 some years exp…

You guys have it all wrong. It is Tomlin that has it all figured out.

Vrabel left as a free agent. According to an article on SD cowher encouraged him to leave because he was behind Porter and?

That's how I remember it. Vrabel was a great player, he just wasn't as good as the guys in front of him. Seemed like a mutual parting of the ways. I believe it was the combination of Gildon and Porter ahead of him.
