Not just for personnel, but coaching.

Imo, if they get Najee and Warren going creating drives they have the key to victory.

Center and Tackle especially are two priority positions imo

The center position is starting to feel like ILB. Major problem for years

No question that games are won in the trenches. OT and center should be the top 2 priorities, but a stud defensive lineman wouldn't be a bad pick either if one should drop to them in the 1st round. So many other holes to fill too, I think it will take 2 years to fill them all. That's if they get lucky like they did in last years draft, and make some good FA signings

Looks like a pretty good year for FA's, definitely better than last year. I like Boyd, he could be the missing piece they need in the WR room, and he wouldn't cost them a fortune

It's too bad Jason Kelce isn't about 8 years younger, lol

boyd says he's signing with the steelers. we just signed mims and callaway as well. i agree about the o-line fix. d-line needs added to as well but we do need a corner opposite JPJ. there are some in free agency as well. i heard the idea of adding chris hubbard as well. he can pretty much play anywhere along the line.

I’m holding onto hope for Trice and to some extent Rush. With that being said you build the foundation first.

The ILB wasn't set for the future, but they signed three solid guys this past offseason before they all got injured, they need to find a coverage LB.

If we aren't spending at QB, spending on Patrick Queen would be ideal. That would be a fantastic add for us.

Clearly will be an offseason priority.

Ground and Pound is our best opp to make a QB successful next season. We have 2 excellent backs.

Rudolph showed what play action can do off of an effective running game. Kenny has not shown that yet.

    time will tell.....

On a serious note to the OP, start with pooch kicking both Chuks and Mason Cole ASAP; doubly so in Chuks' case. He wants to moan and whine about losing his spot?! Go do so elsewhere.

    Jettison his ass.

I definitely do not want to use draft picks to try another QB.
OT and Center are my priorities, among others.

I'd agree with this.... provided there isn't anyone in Round 4. Given how the Steelers did so with Josh Dobbs in 2017, I'd expect the team to do so again as this QB Class does have far more talent in the middle rounds than 2023 did.

It's always a nice thing if you can draft a QB late, and he comes out and plays like Browning in like his 2nd or 3rd year and you can trade him for some good picks.
Of course, provided you have a Franchise QB.

There is only one way Cole is being let go. If they sign an experienced and superior center to take his place. They aren’t cutting him because of a draft pick.

I would keep him as depth, draft his replacement.

That's what worries me then other guys start to drop off with age, can be a vicious cycle if you don't get drafts and FA signings right.

Part of having a Franchise QB though is far more than just the QB itself. Brock Purdy is a Franchise QB but that is mainly due to his assortment of weapons. Justin Herbert is another though his capabilites, or lack there of, in big game moments is concerning. Long story short; no Franchise QB the same.

2024 will be Kenny's final season to prove it. Regardless if he is or isn't, I'd still take a look at the class for Mitch is likely gone and Mason isn't likely to come back.

    Agreed.

Mind you, when I stated that, I wasn't banking on a Draft Pick. Tyler Biadasz is my personal number one option. However and, as I have stated numerous times, even good Center play in the NFL is notoriously difficult to find and very seldom they are ever available.
