Yeah, they got beat by a better team. If they play 10 times vs Buffalo in Buffalo, the Bills probably win 7 times.

It's probably not surprising that Mahomes, lamar, and Allen are still playing. You really need that dynamic QB in the league these days. They can make up for a lot of other deficiencies.

They played a clean game and limited their mistakes. They made plays when they needed to. That's what the Steelers needed to do but didn't.

That and the league is concerned with its image with player safety, so they'll be quicker to institute rules that promote safety than they'll be to revise them for the integrity of the game itself.

I don't have a problem with player safety precautions, but not when it alters the game to a point where players begin playing the precautions as much as the game in order to win.

yeah, yeah, yeah. We caught a huge break on the Muth non-fumble. S**t happens. The refs were not determinative tonight.

They got it right on that one. The ball hit his helmet while he was out of bounds. I saw it on the first replay and started yelling it at the TV.

Me and you both had a discussion about this very same statement weeks back regarding some of the no calls in the NFL. Remember what I said?!

"It is going to get a lot worse before it gets any better."

If anything, it has been getting much worse since we last conversed such; the Dallas vs. Detroit game being the highlight of such blunders. Expect them to continue throughout the playoffs.

It wasn't clear to me that it hit his helmet but that's really not the point. The point is that call could have gone the other way, but didn't. Blaming the refs or saying there's some conspiracy is always such a BS copout. It's Seahawks-esque.

The NFL got exactly what they wanted. Chiefs vs Bills. Mahomes vs Allen.

I’m a diehard Steelers fan living in Nashville, TN area, Titan country. I love my TN Vols and my Pittsburgh Steelers. I’m disappointed with both teams but as they say, “always next yr.”

With that said, I thought the Steelers would play better, but Dallas fans thought the same thing about their Cowboys.

The front office must make coaching changes. We need a new offense and our defensive scheme must change. We need an upgrade in talent and I’m not sure what we do at the QB position.

Anyway, thanks for the game thread.

The rule states that if the ball is touched by a player out of bounds, then it's dead at that spot.

The bills Oline would have been allowed to hold watt the same way they held Highsmith, Heyward, and Larry O all night so you’re probably right.

We needed a QB that could run in these conditions, he was on our bench.

Without a doubt. The DB literally pulled Pickens back so much that he untucked his jersey on the right side.

I though Mason did a good job running at the end to kill the clock

Well, from now on if I don't care for the network announcers, I'll put the local 'DVE crew on the stereo. You usually get faster updates about injuries, anyway. Plus, Wolfley is a hoot.

Especially after they got down 14-0. Yes, you still have to run the ball, but one series was run, run, incomplete on third down. Possessions are precious when you're playing from behind.

Maybe it was a designed run off left tackle. So the 2 holds up the middle really made it work then he acted like he was going to slide, so they all started to throttle down to not get the penalty.

Especially when they called Roberts for a hold on an uncatchable ball earlier.
