Sounds something like the Arizona Cardinals would do. Not sure about the Steelers but the latest NFL PA Team Report Card isn't out yet. Wont be for a couple more months.

 

It's not even an hour flight in the air. Probably just snacks and no real meal service. I've been on some chartered flights and they always had and area that was set-up that you could grab things at the back, plus they had a meal service.
