My wife, son, daughter-in-law and I were at the coldest game in Heinz Field history on NYE 2017 when it was 11 degrees at kickoff. Steelers squeaked by with Landry Jones at QB since they’d already clinched the no. 2 seed. JJSS had a huge game, returning a kickoff for a TD. It was bitter cold and my wife has not let me hear the end of it even threatening to leave me for a Miami Dolphins fan, lol.

Wonder if this will impact what day the Ravens play next weekend since if the Steelers win that’s who they play. In my opinion if the Steelers win the game with the Ravens should be on Sunday not Saturday. It would be really unfair to make the Steelers play a road game 5 days after. You gotta at least consider that somewhat in the interests of being fair especially since the decision to move the game wasn’t the Steelers choice it was the governor of New York so why should they have to pay the price for something that was out of their control on not their fault.

I’m not sure why everyone keeps saying the Steelers had a better chance in the worst weather conditions.

I think the Bills would have had the advantage by having a mobile qb, running back and 2 good tight ends.

Yes Steelers have 2 great running backs, but last week Warren carrying the ball scared me. We have one tight end that barely gets looked at. Buffalo could stack the box knowing there wouldn’t be able to get the ball downfield in the crazy wind.

 

No way is the league and networks moving the divisional games. They want to maximize viewership and ad revenue

It doesn't help that she had Tweeted a message to Steelers fans telling them to stay home for safety reasons and because it was going to be a rough time for us anyway.

 

My inner pessimist agrees, but I assume the Monday winners will play Sunday the following week.
