I hear ya and no worry. I think it’s pretty much Khan working his magic. I’m sure coaches sign off on em but I don’t think I’ve been through a time where we’ve acquired as well as we have since they hired The Khan. We all have plenty of criticism for this staff but for me, Khan an astounding success. That’s hard to do when you’re replacing a legend like Colbert.

 

I mean. What does Troy know??? Do I have to put this in green, ???

 

Congrats to Coach Tomlin. RG Kevin Dotson was named All-Pro for this year. Great coaching job, Mike!!! Keep up the good work!!!

 

So now He calls all the plays....offense, and defense (apparently from memory), Drafts all our player(only the bad ones somehow), brings in all the FA(again apparently only the bad ones), coaches the OL, DL, LBs, CBs, Safeties, does all our scouting, hires all the coaches, and Tells our Owner, and GMs what to do. LoL
Hell I don't even have a guess what our president of Football operations, GMs, assistants , and coaches do, but since Tomlin is doing everything....I guess they just get coffee. Hell fire them, and hire Me I can get coffee. No wonder Tomlin doesn't have time to properly look at challenges.

The Steelers have two good guards, Dotson didn't do much but get dumb penalties with the Steelers.

 

OK then, if he's not responsible for anything, let's stop calling him Coach Tomlin and start calling him Observer Tomlin.

Yeah, congrats on losing to the 2 worst teams in the league and still manage to squeak into the playoffs because of the jags choking. The guy wanted to keep Canada around,,,now that Canada is gone the offence is 100 times better.
