If steelers played on peacock I'd get it but now I'll just find a stream and watch that

That's right. People's priorities are different. That's why I'd never criticize nor expect to be criticized for whether or not I want to pay for a streaming service to watch a game. Some of these folks don't like the way this is heading with the NFL and I'm not crazy about either. Fortunately for myself, I live in SW PA., so I don't have to worry about it. For those that don't, I get it. They don't want to pay for something just watch one damn game.

For one game is the catch for those that don't otherwise want the subscription. Personally I would never use it otherwise. For those that would it's the perfect time to join I guess.

    Ditto

I love going to the games and I spend a lot of money on season tickets and have for a very long time

    That’s something I love

I have never bought a new car and even the used ones are basic SUVs

A fancy car is not a priority to me

I get that, but in what world do these people think they’re owed something for free?

I never really wanted Directv, but that’s what you had to do to get the Sunday ticket. Now it’s YouTube tv. I couldn’t sign up fast enough.

Heck should I get a filet minion for the price of a hotdog cause the beef industry is greedy?

I actually had Directv before the ticket as they had the best package for me at the time. The Ticket is the ticket!

    LOL.

I watch the games for free. I sneak into the stadium dressed as a beer vendor. I think of it as democracy capitalism and marketing.

Games on ESPN are only avaiable on a local channel if you are in a local market of one of the teams playing, otherwise you are either paying for cable or ESPN+. Peacock is no different than when a playoff game is on ESPN, it will be on a "free" channel in the local market of one of the local teams playing, otherwise you pay for Peacock just like you would pay for cable or pay for ESPN+ or you pay for FUBU.

I do, it's just like every other steaming service. I've never had lag on any service and only have streaming. If you have **** internet, it will lag.

It’s coming and the only constant in the universe is change. I’m not even sure if tv station still broadcast from towers. It’s actually cheaper to use streaming apps than to have Xfinity or Spectrum. I remember the 70’s and I would not want to go back to the TV back then. We have it good, but at a cost. My Grandpa bitched about automatic transmissions and air conditioning till the day he died.
