Tomlin didn't fire anyone,we all know what he said after the browns game.Tomlin said there will be no changes.
Next day Canada was gone,Rooney stepped in and we all know it.

 

say what you want about canada but he was part of us getting to the playoffs. 7 of those 10 were under him. with that being said, we don't know what kind of changes are coming next year but it should be interesting. the one thing i can say about this year was most of it was ugly to watch but we have a division that has 3 teams in the playoffs along with two of the top teams in the afc. we beat the top team two out of their 4 loses. we were 5-1 in this division. not too bad. anything can happen now.

And, I believe that Mason Rudolph was 100% Colbert's boy. Colbert is the one that always claimed "We had a 1st round grade on Mason"

 

One thing different with Canada as OC then what we have seen in the last 3 games is we are running much better with going straight ahead and power blocking straight instead of side to side blocking and running. That change is really noticeable without Canada. Even the announcers mention this last game against the Ravens.

All 10 wins were won with Canada’s scheme and playbook. The 6 wins with him as OC came without the apparent best qb option on the field. If they had a competent qb starting Canada doesn’t get fired and is leading the offense into the playoffs.
