At the beginning of the year I thought that it would be a good season if we made the playoffs and played a competitive playoff game. Next week if we play well but just come a little bit short I consider it a successful season.

 

Fans in all sports tend to have a problem for every solution. Example Steelers run the table and complete a perfect season and we as fans would still find something to b**** and moan about.

Competitive playoff game would be an improvement but Just Win Baby! I mean the field isn't that strong.

 

He didn't have a good game passing that's for sure but he made some really clutch plays to help win the game. The Steelers had a 3rd down and over 30 yards to go and he gunned the ball down field to Ward at the one yard line. He then ran it in himself to give the Steelers a halftime lead. He hit a big 3rd down pass to Randle-El in the fourth quarter, he made a key block on the razzle dazzle pass from Randle-El to Ward and with around 2 minutes left in the game he audibled out of a handoff to Bettis and ran a bootleg for a 7 yard gain for the clinching first down. He didn't have his best stuff that game but he gutted it out and made enough key plays to win the game.
