As I understand whatever the hell the modern NFL rules are for a catch, that isn't. He didn't complete the process. Tennessee challenging. They lose, it's a first down for Jax at the Titan 47 or so.

I didn't think it was but I don't often see the refs overruled on close, judgement calls. Glad they made the right call.
