How dare she say the logical. I often think the same thing. Notice I start hitting the keys harder as games go on…

When the Boss chimes in you listen, that's how it goes!! You clearly haven't learned the Jedi skill of concentrating so hard on the TV that you ignore those type of suggestions!!

I’m sorry you’re having a bad day or something. I’ve interacted with you before but I don’t remember you being this miserable/insufferable. Not sure what I did to piss you off, but I hope your day gets better. Take a deep breath man, it’s just the internet.

If Tomlin makes the playoffs with Rudolph starting, he isn’t going anywhere. I’d prefer the same, but it’s looking like that isn’t happening haha

Mr Tomlin has a year on his contract as I suspect you know

At this point he is assuredly coming back next year

Only question is if there is a contract extension

They should be talking about him being stubborn and not playing Rudolph sooner instead of Trubisky, which very well could keep them from the playoffs.

I'm guessing because Miami put up 70 earlier this year - there was a message behind this.

Also, the Dolphins didn't pull their guys. Coached basketball for years - if I was blowing a team out, I never called off the dogs until the other coach pulled his guys and stopped pressing. Likewise, when I was being blown out, I pulled my guys and then the other coach called off the dogs.

Miami left their starters in - and as a result, they lost Chubb.

Just because it's the Ravens doesn't change the fact that Miami could (and should) have tapped out.

Yes, I was just meaning no extension. He’s getting one if we make the playoffs this season I think

I know Pickett can’t do much about it under his contract if he is no longer the starter. The team pretty much has all the power during a first contract. I meant would he accept it memtally and devote his full effort to being the backup, or sulk and not be useful as a backup. I have seen players react both ways.
I agree that the healthiest thing is for an actual competition that would extract the best from both Rudolph and Pickett.
I remember Bradshaw in his prime was beat out by Joe Gilliam for the starting job. I don’t know how rookie contracts were at that time but I think he still may have been on his. He won the job back later and few people now even remember that happening.

No expert but believe you’re right. Pure breeds need a lot of inbreeding to be pure bred which leads to issues. Experts caution against pure breeds think I remember reading that.
