    Dear Mason,

We the fans of the Pittsburgh Steelers have decided that you are once again our favorite. Please forgive us for our past hatred. Can you ever forgive us? We will love you forever, or until you screw us over.

Hugs and kisses from all of your fickle Steeler fans.

If they can get by Seattle and the Ravens are feeling generous, one can only hope the Dolphins could pick themselves off the mat after getting steamrolled by the Ravens.

I like how they been running it. I don’t like the o line play for much of the season. Give Najee or Warren the right block(note singular there)and they’re off to the races. Give ‘em Block(s) and I think we have the right combo.

Don’t care. I’m not letting a miserable stranger online dictate my opinions or how I celebrate players I’m critical of.

Wow… Just barely over is a hell of a semantic technicality you are holding on to.

So, if a kid in school has a C+ instead of a C average you are telling me they are not a mediocre student?

    Sheesh…

NFL is down to 4th backups at QB.

    Maybe another league is necessary?

attacking my life is not a refute. My life is pretty good. I said going 9-8 without a threat to be anything is mediocre. I’m not crying.

So question; if the Steelers win honestly, how far do you think they'd go in the playoffs?

I think definitely against the second game against the Browns when that rookie did nothing but get them into field goal range after all those Steelers 3 and outs.

Yeah. We actually look like what I expected the Steelers to look like after Ben retired. Which is to say, with Mason playing well at QB1. He was never going to be as good as Ben - few are - but I think those unfair expectations hurt him and prevented fans from viewing him as objectively talented in his own way. In a way, he's benefitted from getting benched, if only because it's demonstrated just how much better than most fans realized. It's just disappointing that this realization didn't happen sooner. I was calling for Mason to be QB1 or, at worst, QB2 since Ben retired.

I think the NFL is only sport that with 2 games to go your team could finish in last place or win the SB.

Defense is going to continue to get gashed. We need to get pressure on Smith. If we can hit him a few times he can be frustrated. Defense may lack talent but they do seem to have a knack for getting turnovers. Maybe we can pressure Smith into giving up a couple.

On offense the Steelers are going to need Mason to sling it at some point. I can't see Seattle not adjusting to our run game.

Mason will throw two picks in the second half and come crashing down to earth.

Masons got himself some 7 up. Think that’s what we’re seeing. Looks like he’s learned a thing or two.
