    Names PEOPLE! We need Names.

From what I have read on several draft sites there are zero 1st round Centers in this draft. On a lot of those sites there are zero 2nd round Centers as well.

Guards are maybe the most under-rated position on a football team. Same issue as with Centers on nearly every draft site I searched. Zero 1st round OGs in this draft. A few late 2nd round guys pop up but I'm curious who you guys like.

2 OTs stand out for me in this draft as guys that could actually replace Dan Moore day 1.

    1. Joe Alt 6'8"-322LBs Notre Dame. The consensus #1 OL in this draft.
    2. Olumuyiwa Fashanu 6'6"-320LBs PSU. Some say 1b, some say #2 OL in this draft.

Not necessarily talking about day 1 or day 2 prospects. Give me names of any OL you think can help the Steelers. I would love to go look at tape on them. Big school, small school, other divisions.

got to go with JC Latham of Alabama. Reminds me of Broderick Jones. Don't know if he will last to 20 in the 1st round but hands down, he is my pick.

    Amarius Mims

    Sedrick Van Pran

Taliese Fuaga (very much doubtful but who knows)

    Patrick Paul (maybe?!?!)

    Jackson Powers Johnson

More or less whom I have. To hell with it; draft Mims in Round and JPJ in Round 2. This Offensive Line needs help.. BAD.

Gimme him if neither Jackson nor Van Pran are available. He is number three for me among Centers. Not getting a Pro Bowler but you are getting a rock solid player.

I loved him as a potential Steelers pick, but I don’t know how serious the injury he sustained in his last game was.

    Jackson Powers-Johnson, Center Oregon Ducks

Powers-Johnson won the Rimington Award this season, which is given to the nation’s best center. The Utah native is the one and only Rimington Award winner to come from the Pac-12. The decorated offensive lineman was also named an Associated Press first-team All-American.

The former four-star recruit was the highest-graded center in the country, according to Pro Football Focus. Powers-Johnson won Pac-12 Offensive Lineman of the Week twice, and he was also the only center considered for the Outland Trophy (best lineman). When Powers-Johnson brought home the Rimington Trophy, his head coach Dan Lanning expressed the pride he had for his All-American center.

I generally dont worry about leg injuries if they are a one time occurance; doubly so with today's advancements in Science and Mediciene. Now, if you were to state this to me five years ago?! I would offer a different response.

Between me and you, Fraizer should be ready in time for OTAs; Combine if lucky. I do agree on severity of injury as he was ruled out of the Bowl Game.

That’s great news that he’s gonna be ok. Word around Morgantown is that he’s a great kid.

    Excellent!!

God knows this team needs both at the Center position! Not saying Cole isn't a great person but I do know he is simply not cut out to be an NFL Center. If anything, he is a Guard.

I am hoping Cooper Dejaun will be the pick CB/Safety return man out of Iowa. Still pretty early though.

Would love to get Fashanu in the draft but he'll be gone by the time we draft.
Amarius Mims would be a great choice here. Jackson Powers may be available as a center in round 2 or 3 if you're looking for a guy that played center. His stats are VERY good.

    This.

Inject this draft into my veins. That said though, Jackson Powers Johnson will likely be a late day one to early day 2 selection by the time we reach April. He is a bit raw as a Center but everything else is Pro Bowl worthy as far as Center play goes. Coach the rawness out of him and you have a perennial Pro Bowler on your hands.

Do you think it's better to sign a free agent center

Tyler Biadasz would be my preferred choice. That said, it is way too soon to tell if he hits FA. Even good centers like him seldom hit the market for the position is just so damn difficult to get right.

Again, even a good Center is much, much better in today's NFL than an Average one. The skill gap between the top is very, very notable. That said, beyond him?! Not too many others I would look into.
