I don't think you have watched enough of the Commanders, Jets, and Panthers, though that is probably a good thing for you.

The current version of the team is as bad as anybody. The defense, which was carrying them, has been ruined by injuries. Losing Pickett has hurt the offense more than people realized it would. At least he takes care of the ball and makes plays with the game on the line. Trubisky can't do either of those things.

That said, the pass protection is a disaster and Pickens is too busy pouting to do his job, so I'm not sure any quarterback can get the job done with this group.

I thought their chances were good after the Cincy win, but I lost all hope when Pickett went down. The season was over at that point

The Bills are smacking around the Cowboys, too, so that's another nail in the coffin.

Yea bringing in a new OC or any other new coaches isn’t gonna solve this problem. You gotta do a complete and total house cleaning and it starts with Tomlin. The fact that we are even talking about the possibility of Rooney still extending Tomlin after all that has happened just shows how out of touch and inept this Steelers organization has become.

It’s over for the Steelers this year.

I do not want KC in the Superbowl. So, I’m anybody but them. Frankly, I hope the Browns and Flacco beat the Ravens in the playoffs.

I don’t want 49ers or Cowboys in the superbowl.

I’m sure I’ll be disappointed, just like these last 3 weeks.

They’ve already deviated from their normal MO with extending coaches. They normally do that with two seasons left on a contract. Unless I’m mistaken and Tomlin is signed through 2025. Hope not.

In any event, wouldn’t be that big of a distraction. If they had a good season and won a playoff game there would be zero chance they’d fire him then. So sink or swim basically.

He also threw 3 interceptions, he's lucky he was playing a bad team like the Bears.

Thanks, thats what I figured. So he should have already been extended if going by past contracts.

I agree. Pickett should be moth balled until 2024. No point in risking a worse injury on meaningless games.

Yea the Bills are gonna win they are now 8-6, the Texans won today when they looked like they were gonna lose, the Browns won when they looked like they were gonna lose and the Bengals won in OT yesterday. So other then Denver getting blown out by Detroit all the other results have gone totally against the Steelers which is great in my opinion. This team doesn’t need any help to get into the playoffs and doesn’t deserve any help. As I’ll keep saying they need to lose out and get embarrassed these last 3 games so it forces Rooney to part ways and move on from Tomlin once and for all.

With that defense, the Browns might have the best chance of any team in the AFC to beat KC. Flacco just might be the guy that puts them over the top

Wow, that's like two full games worth of offense, if you're Kenny Pickett.

Baltimore,Buffalo and maybe Miami(if the game is in Miami) have better chance that Cleveland to beat the chiefs....And the chiefs don't have the same offense this year since their WRs are such a issue this year for them

I think he is gone this offseason or next. I can’t see his contract getting extended. Next year will be just as bad as this year

The Bills are the most dangerous team in the AFC right now. They remind me of the 05 Steelers, they were 7-5 and were playing playoff type games for a month plus. Bills get in (and I'm pretty sure they will), they're very dangerous. Allen reminds me of Big Ben.

Bills have Chargers and Pats the next 2 weeks, so they're going to go to Miami with a good chance to win the East. The Dolphins play Dallas and @ Ravens before finishing with Buffalo. Dolphins lose either of the next 2, week 18 will be for the AFC East.

Hate to say it but I think the Rats are best team in the AFC right now, I will happily eat some crow in about 4 hours though.
