The problem is the Head Coach. Tomlin couldn't design an offense that could punch through a wet paper bag. Big Ben carried Mike Tomlin, whose success was entirely with Cowher's players.

We have three below average QB's that would need a competent offensive mind to have any hope to succeed. Tomlin gets out coached on a consistent basis and has a culture of stupidity.

We will get worse each year he is the Head Coach.

 

I think if I thought someone was so horrible to firing them, that means no team should want them.
