Good to hear that Watt is going to play.

Not so positive about Highsmith and Benton at this point.

    Seumalo will miss another game.

And hopefully Roberts doesn't aggravate the groan.

I don't know what's going on at the Rock House. They have had a sign outside for the last few weeks saying that they are temporarily closed.

Hey guy, when my father passed my mom started dating a Polish guy and his mom use to make a dough type ball that she called a polish meatball. I was a youngster and I loved them and would eat like 4-5. Loved going to their house on Polish Hill. Do you have any idea what it was I was enjoying?? I'm going back to the 60's. Many years ago but I think the center was kind of uncooked????

My great Aunt Ruby who lived in Warren, Ohio used to make this too. I looked it up and I think the Polish name for these meatballs is Kotlety. They are made of ground pork, eggs, bread soaked in milk, and different seasonings and fried in a skillet. When made correctly, and they were, they have a crunchy outside and are very soft in the inside because of the milk soaked bread dough.

I think you need a Malinois in that group to make that an elite squad. Keep you on your toes as well!

I had our guys winning in the score prediction thread. Then switched cause I thought Watt was out for game. I see Highsmith is questionable. I might switch back to Steelers cause I'm not saying we win the game but I do believe we will see one of the better Steeler performances of the year. Yeah, I know the bar is low but I think we'll see one of their better games of the season.

Watt and Herbig is not horrible if Highsmith can't go. Herbig getting more snaps is a good thing.

If Cole went down who would snap? Guy scares me. He is worth 2 costly mistakes a game.

I think Herbig would move to C and I guess Anderson would be the G…. If Seumalo can’t play.

Highsmith was cleared from the concussion protocol after the injury report came out. He is expected to play against the Colts. Glad to see that he, Johnson, and Benton all had full practices today.

I have been to a lot of places in life, all over this world and low scale pub grub (to me) can at times be as good as 5 star experience. My parents were simple farm raised, depression era small town PA folks, I guess part of that never leaves you. lol

My Great Grandmother came from Poland around 1913, she and GGF were able to buy a farm near Corry (Erie county). My mom was practically raised there, and then GG lived with us for a while growing up. The meals that 4'10 woman could make lol.

I cook a lot and won my first cooking contest at 10

Im a firm believer it does not take much more effort or cost to make good food over not so good or poor

And I love pub grub from the ones who do it well

I can afford go eat where I went I prefer local mom and pop places

    Disclaimer

    Go Yinz Stillers n’ At

Gram used to make cabbage soup. I think she called it kapusta (sp?). It was incredible.

Interesting. The owner races locally. The name of the restaurant is on the side of his cars, so it's not like it's a secret or anything.
