AFC Playoff Race

Who would have thought that the Steelers after 2 losses back to back are still in the playoff race.

 

We aren't in it all all IMO. We need to get in as a Wildcard and 3 of these teams will finish ahead of us. We'd have to finish better than 4 of the 6 teams below and I don't think there's even a 1% chance with Mitch running the show 3 of the next 4 games. Buffaio and Denver both winning today was a killer as I see at least one of them taking a spot when it's all said and done.

I hate to say this, but I’m not sure I want this team to make the playoffs. That first round game would be a blood bath. They have so many issues, I really can’t see them getting there anyway.

BTW.. the qb who many say is the worst in the NFL, Zach Wilson, threw for 2 tds and over 300yds today. Hmmm, KFP has 6 tds all year and no 300yd game in his 22 starts.
Here’s another, they pulled Flacco off his couch , in 2 games he has 6 td passes. Things that make you go Hmm

Next week in Indy is pretty damn close to a playoff game now. The loser would be 7-7 and the Steelers would be 5-5 in the Conference. So they dodged a bullet somehow still being in a playoff position this weekend but a loss in Indy next Saturday and their luck is gonna start running out. And if this team misses the playoffs after being 7-4 and losing back to back home games to two 2-10 teams then Tomlin and this entire staff should be let go at seasons end. There has to start being some damn accountability in this organization and you can’t reward Tomlin and anybody on this staff if they miss the damn playoffs with this easy schedule they had left after being 7-4 you can’t do it. Somebody in this front office needs to grow a pair of balls and do something once and for all about Tomlin.

 

Problem is there is no accountability

 

Also everything that happens this year is Canadas fault( Tomlin hire) and the qb , KFP( also a Tomlin pick)

 

The best part of MT fanboy nonsense is blaming it all on the players. Ummm are these not the players he has a hand in on drafting and the players HE COACHES?? Oh the insanity!

You’re not wrong this group of losers have given up. They probably realize the deck is stacked against them with this hack of a HC.

It was never all Canada's fault. I've known that (and said that) for a while. He was part of the problem for sure... but our QB room sucks. Kenny is trash, Trubisky isn't any better, and idk how Mason is still in the league.

After watching the other AFC North teams this year, I would find it hard to believe any of the 3 of our garbage QB's could even make the 53 man roster on the Bengals, Ravens, or Browns. Its sickening.

 

When i suggested we go after Flacco weeks ago i was laughed out of the house..Now he's producing for the Browns.
