Maybe so,but Hines criticism here I think has less to do with his displeasure with Ben or desire to help the team but has more to do with promoting hhimself. When he ripped Ben for not playing w/ a concussion he said "If it was ME, I'd have played". When he rips offensive leadership now, it's to take a swat at Ben and to promote himself as a leader who ain't there now. Rip him privately, not in front of the camaras

Miller kind of filled that spot on the field this year but I do think we are missing Ward's attitude.

    That edge

The Steelers could be lacking leadership but if the O line is terrible, it's terrible and to me that's where everything starts from.

The point is more that, rather than being like "OMG it must be true because Hines said it", it should be "why is Hines saying this - rather well-known - point right now?"

I love Hines as a player, and think his activities are a lot of fun off the field. But as I said before, the wounds are still open between him and the Steelers to take any of his comments as objective analysis. None of that invalidates the points themselves, just the authority with which we might give him credit for.

One of the most respected players in Steelers history says the problem with this offense is lack of leadership. Hmm, no offense leadership.:hmmm: What player on offense usually is the leader?:hmmm: Hmmmm, anybody, anybody, Bueller?:hmmm:
