Here's what I said earlier that sums up the Steelers leadership and accountability

Last week, a play that appeared to be a TD was ruled incomplete. The player who didn't have the call go his way quit on the next play and the Steelers fumbled. Today, the same type of play happened to the Cardinals. In fact, it looked even more like a TD than last week's call. Did the Cards pout and quit? Nope. They went back to the same player who scored a TD. In addition, the guy who quit on the Steelers wasn't held accountable (at least it so appears)

I don't know how anything else can say it about the Steelers and their leadership.

Why did we ever let Connor go? He is better than Harris

The Steelers were not prepared today. They played horribly. They played sloppy and that was happening long before the rain. Mason Cole seemed determined to single-handedly cost his team the game.

That said, they still might have figured it out if not for the injuries. Losing Pickett and Seumalu hurt the offense, but it was the loss of Elandon Roberts that did them in. They lost him right at the start of the 99-yard touchdown drive. If I remember correctly, one of the third downs they converted in their own end was a draw that Walker missed the tackle. Walker isn't horrid, but he's not good. Once again, the team had a disruption in terms of communication in the middle of the defense. They had three very good inside linebackers at one point this season and they are all gone. The Cardinals took full advantage.

Fitzpatrick played the second half with a broken hand. I read something about Watt hurting his ankle, but it looked more like a calf injury. The injuries have just devastated what was a very good defense.

It helps to run against a defense that has no inside linebackers worth a damn. Conner was going nowhere until Roberts got hurt.

I know it was a tough loss, but at some point you just run out of bodies.

They were already down 2 ILB's and lose another one when Roberts went down. Why is it surprising that Walker and Robinson, the 4th and 5th ILB's on the team, weren't able to cover a really good tight end?

    Elandon Roberts went down.

    Pickett got hurt.

    Minkah Fitzpatrick broke his hand.

    TJ Watt got hurt.

    Seamalu left early.

At some point if you lose enough players, the team isn't really the same team anymore.

Turned off the game (2nd week in a row). Steelers players don't care, they want to stand around and watch the play around them, then neither do I.

When this abomination decides to play professional football, then I may watch again. I sure as hell will spend no more money on this ridiculousness.

    Send out the cheerleaders.
