    Don't you know? He has no power there either. Except when we fire someone everyone knows should be fired. Then, it was all him.

    We eke out a win? Tomlin did it! We lose? He had nothing to do with it.

    Team plays soft? Players are bad. Team plays good adequate? Look at coach Tomlin!

    Anything even remotely positive is all because of him. Everything bad he is blameless for. Great gig if you can get it.

    If he has no power nor ability to affect positive change on this team, or influence how well they're prepared and play, what the HELL are we paying him so much money for?!?!

    I have never heard of a HC hiring his coaches. Unless they are the GM, or owner. Hell even if a HC comes in brand new they can't bring in whatever coaches they want....unless they are also the GM....it has to be agreed upon by the GM, and , or the owners. GM = General Manger . Yes I'm sure like all HCs he can suggest, but He can't just get whomever he wants

    What is the NFL rule on how close lightning has to be to be considered a hazard? There is a heavy area Southeast of the Stadium but looks far enough away.
