Steelers Vs Browns Gameday Thread

Dang just out of curiosity how much are season seats like that? I understand if you don't wanna say I was just curious. I think a scalper told me that prices fluctuate based on teams. I bet seats like that at Heinz would be outrageous. I sat in the club seats in 09 and it was like $175 per seat or something.

Because every seat is owned by a season ticket holder and you HAVE to buy them in the spring. When things aren't going well or the game is meaningless then, yes people just flat out don't go.
As for them selling them...the demand just flat out isn't there if the game is meaningless, like today. There just aren't legions of people waiting outside begging for tickets like everyone thinks. Steelers fans are just as fair weathered as everyone else.

 

I'm a bit late to the party tonight (or is it a wake?)... but what was the injury to Decastro? I'm watching with the volume down today...

 

My little boy turned two this week. Time flies. Seems like just yesterday we were singing the praises of the front office for drafting DeCastro and here we are with only 2 quarters to go.

 

Yea I think youre right. Plus parking for the games in Pittsburgh is so expensive, theres some cheaper ways to park if you know certain places to go, but parking passes are insanely over priced, and i know people who pay 40 bucks who park almost a mile away. Went to the steelers browns game in cleveland this year and parked right behind the stadium for 20 bucks. Even if you got the steeler tickets for free from someone, unless it has a parking pass, you still are talking some money to go. The economy sucks

Some of them werent trying to sell them. Tickets were $125+ for upper level and end zone. Some were trying to get $200-$300+. I guess Im just tight, I would rather get face value and get my money back than to not sell them at all.

Yeah I paid like 50 from a scalper a few years ago for the closest parking garage. It's funny the way people drive up north. Down south we will let people out in traffic but up there they'll let you sit in a parking spot for 45 minutes after a game waiting to get out! Can't beat that southern hospitality folks!

I want to say they were around $7-8K for the season for two seats, a little less if you committed to more than one season. You also got various special deals like signings and other events.

My seats were $92 each this year in general population.
Ive been in club west multiple times. Tickets there are $200-$240 seat.

 

BUT remember this defense is old, it needs rebuilding, doesnt matter that they are rated #1, no pressure on the QB, lack of turnovers....

Man! I had a Titans season ticket holder that bought a box tell me that he got a Super Bowl ticket for renewing his ownership of it.
