I don't really know anything about the channel or its quality, as it came up as a random suggested video - but, I thought he did a very thorough and well explained breakdown of the Steelers offense from last game...and hoo-boy, it was even worse than I remembered it in real time.

It's obvious throughout that Canada's scheming was archaic, to say the least, but there were all sorts of "career saving" wide open receivers, for days, with hid poor visiom leaving points off the board and 3rd down conversions on the field.

All in all, Kenny was just plainly abysmal...and watching the x's and o's more closely, it seems more and more apparent that something about the guy isn't right and that whatever it is that's wrong, that it goes well beyond anything that coaching can fix. I hope I'm wrong, but the guy just seems broken, and frankly, not NFL quality. I hope that's not the case, but I would, at this point, be shocked if he isn't in the XFL 3 years from now.

In any case, I thought it was interesting video so I figured I'd share...and wish everyone a Happy Thanksgiving. Sorry it wasn't with something more uplifting, tho.

    :roflmao:

This screenshot is from the final 3rd down play. This has happened several times throughout the season and I’m baffled by it every time. They have dj at the top of the screen and Pickens at the bottom. Why throw to dj who is surrounded when you’ve got George one on one?

JT O'Sullivan is good and his channel kicks ass. As an exQB, he knows his ****. I get a lot from his breakdowns as understands the different routes and their concepts and explains them well.

He roasted Johnson and Pickens a bit too in that video. There was an incomplete to Johnson where it looked like KP threw a really bad pass, but when he breaks it down, he shows that Johnson should've read the coverage and sat instead of running into the covered zone. KP actually made the right read and throw and it was Johnson who was wrong. It's far different from the comments by people who don't know what they're looking at, and immediately criticize Pickett for a horrible throw.

He's done several Pickett videos. You should go back and watch them.

Some people need people to tell them what they see, and some don't. That's life. Nobody needs to be told. If one offensive player has 3 Guys over Him....just a quick by the numbers should tell You to look elsewhere. Don't need a ex qb to tell You that.....just like You don't need a weather man to tell you it's raining outside if You go out, and get wet.

I wasn't talking about the play You are talking about. The only thing I was talking about from what You said is that some people need to be spoon fed everything.

So what's the excuse of why He didn't Hit the Guy running wide-open up the field instead???
Also this is by a Qb that just said it's what He thinks it is....let's remember the Qb that is saying this had a 2-6 record, and 9td, and 13 ints carrier. LoL....so he sees like KFP. LoL

Understanding circumstance and nuance and having it explained by someone with more knowledge isn't being spoon fed.

If you go outside and get wet by falling into a pool, do you blame the weatherman for not warning you?

    Cliff note summarization:

Kenny Pickett sucks. Still. We're all about to find out that Canada was scapegoated and Pickett was the whole problem to begin with.
You're all welcome. Saved you from having to spend time watching these videos.

That is the definition of having to be spoon fed your example....if You aren't smart enough to know that You are wet from falling into a swimming pool, and need someone to tell You why???? LoL

Again....I played against the Qb....I needed to know what He was going to do before He did. Do You need a weather man to tell You it's raining outside when You see rain also???
I'm not a freaking doctor either, but when a man gets his hand torn off....I don't need a doctor to tell me thats what it is. LoL

Because he's analyzing what happened on the play.

And...really? You're going to call into question a guys knowledge because of his NFL w/l record and career stats? That's weak, man.
What is your record as a starting NFL QB? What is your NFL int to td ratio? It'd better be better that O'Sullivans.

    1st......
    Read above.
2nd... He never once said.... that's what it was....He said.... this is the way I see it, or think it is. Yeah, and that's the way KFP seen it , and thought it was also. Two Qbs that apparently have problems seeing the right things. LoL
So the difference of how good a Qb is... means nothing in their breakdown of what they admittedly think they are seeing??? So You alway take the 1st doctors opinion....no matter what his past record maybe???

I never said that I needed someone to tell me why I am wet.

You said 'if you go outside and get wet' and assumed that it was from rain, hence the weatherman reference. There could actually be a different circumstance as to why you are wet that has nothing to do with the weather. Which illustrates my example perfectly.

You are assuming that if you go outside and get wet, it's raining.
People assume that if there's an incomplete pass no where near the WR, that it is a bad pass.

Sooooo, is he wrong? Is the proper route to run into the covered zone or is it to break it off and sit?

No some people assume that. I guess when the Qb throws the ball over someone's head out of bounds....We should assume the play was going out of bounds. LoL.

The proper thing to do was to see it was covered, and go down field to the Wr breaking open.

It was only covered because Johnson ran into the coverage.
Johnson wasn't covered...if he read the D correctly and ran the correct route.

    But
Again...KFP should have seen either it was wrong, or covered....go to the other Wr, and this wouldn't even be in question....it would have been a big play.
