Well he was a Tomlin hire. Art II had to sign off though. Art II is a mere fraction of a football man his Father was. But had to step in and can the scrub. Should have sent him his walking papers before the season. Arguably the worst offense in the history of the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Great list but you have to narrow the list down to who is connected to Tomlin and who is willing and ok to be in a complete subordinate file to Tomlin.


Have you not noticed that our offense was just as terrible and in efficient under Fichtner and Rudolph. In fact through ten games Tudolph usd slightly better numbers than KP and that was with less weapons and a worse offensive line.

The issue is Tomlin. He is the one that instructs the conservative play style because he doesn’t want to turn the ball over. He lives in his fears, coaches in his fears therefore our QB’s and offense plays in its fears.

unless Tomlin changes I don’t see real OC candidates wanting to come here.

 

I take the steelers offense of 2019 despite ba depleted at almost every position over the one under Canada!

Get a Couple of defense draftees and fix the offensive 3 and outs and the defense can be good and Austin will be fine

we need an Oc that will give us an exciting high scoring offense not--- boring--- just keep pace offense--- a destroying high scoring offense that will set the new Steelers standard.

 

Not sure if Mike Vick would be interested, but it'd be worth the call. He does have ties to the Steelers.

 

should just bring in heyward-bey. he could coach offense and defense. that's what i heard anyway.

Josh McDaniels should never coach in the NFL again. He's been awful for a long time. Only Brady overcoming his incompetence lead to McDaniels actually having a decent reputation, but his coaching away from Brady torpedoed that.

 

With his personality he doesn't seem to be well liked by players, he will probably go back to the Patriots to work for Belichick.

 

If you promote from within ... then how do you expect change?
