Song, or Instrumental of the Day.

I used to really like these guys. Loved this song, and they had a really good song on the original Bill & Ted soundtrack.

 

Never heard of them either. I liked the intro...., and the lead break.

 

Here's a recording of just what the room mics picked up while Van Halen was recording Jamie's Cryin'. It really shows how in the groove they were, and how incredible Eddie's tone was before any post production was added.

 

Did anybody post this yet? (Heck, I might have and just don't remember )

I play this, but not this version. LoL. Because I didn't hear this version until later. They were also on that Jack Black video game I was talking about earlier. Brutal Legend. Lots of great songs, and bands on it.

Pretty cool, but where is the other chick that is doubling singing with her during many of the lyrics???

 

I've always assumed it was her dubbed back in to harmonize in post production, but could be wrong. I've never seen another female credited on the track.
