No surprise there. He might already be questionable for the first game of 2013.

Doesn't Troy usually skip practice on Weds? Like a lot of the older guys do late in the season?

I beleive he's doing it so that he will be good for the playoffs. We do want a healthy Troy.:rolleyes:

Man we need Troy for this game. This is a MUST win! We need to hold a candle light 24hr vigil for his health! Nah but it does suck for him to miss yet ANOTHER game though. He's gonna HAVE to restructure his contract. We can't afford to have him missing so many games. I really hope that this offseason he finds a new way to train or has whatever surgery he needs or something. I just miss seeing him flying around the field like a maniac. I don't think other teams really fear him anymore and why would they? How much harm can he do on one leg at best?

Did you watch the game last week? He was all over the place. I even seen him get fired up vocally on one play which you hardly see. He's the only reason I might still tune in and watch next week. I think I'll only watch the D though. I've had enough of the Big Ben sandlot show and the delayed handoffs.

Yeah he had that one big play. He also had another play though where he got carried downfield. I think he is far from his old self but I still love him and wanna see some more vintage Troy.

Troy had a few nice plays last week that reminded me of the Troy of old, it's still in him. As much guff as he and Harrison take its not to far fetched to think that they could have a great offseason and come back and give us a few more solid years, Troy more so than Harrison I think. I think for some people on here a solid performance will never be enough. It's one thing to want an amazing performance but to expect it every week like its madden 12 is a little silly IMO.

For what purpose? Our season is over after this game, why would we sit any players?

The way this season went, we need EVERY starter for EVERY week next year. Should everyone sit?

Because Heath Miller likely won't be ready for the start of the season, and won't be "right" until possibly 2014.

We don't need to risk that same fate for any of our other key players against a Browns team that always plays us tough. Sacrifice short-term gain for a better chance at long-term success. I understand the money issue (both that these guys get paid a lot to play, and that fans pay a lot to see them play), but if I was a season ticket holder I'd be much more bitter about a Big Ben-less 2013 season than a meaningless season finale in which the few star players on our team sat.
