Everyone knows how I feel about the Chargers. Tomlinson (No, not LT. He played for the Giants) was a great RB. Certainly the least of the problems on those "teams"

He was a great regular season RB. He is not even in the top 50 in post season. We shall have to agree to disagree.

Good thing people look at the whole body of work and not just playoffs. Were that the case, Ben would have no shot at Canton!

What? Ben didn't have playoff success? He went to 3 Superbowls winning 2 of them. There is a short list of QB's that have accomplished that.

That is a Gen Z word when someone slightly disagrees with them. Aggressive in our generation meant you just beat the hell out of somebody.

He looked good against AZ but, how'd he do against Seattle? How'd he do in our last few playoff games? I think Ben was a great QB/ The point being, you have to look at the WHOLE body of work, not just playoff performances.

How Ben was in the 3 road playoffs game in 2005?

You have to look at the whole playoffs run,not just one game...

Agreed. That's why I was confused. I try ,and adapt to the younger generation, but sometimes I get lost in the translation. LoL

Why would that be??? His body of work in the playoffs is not much worse than a bunch of HOF Qbs. Go look. While Tomlinson body of work in the playoffs isn't even top 50. You do know that Ben's 2nd season in the playoffs was one of the best that year. Tomlinson can't say that at any point in time in the post season. Yes when You play in the NFL for 18 year, and go to the playoffs 12 of those years.....You will eventually have bad playoff games.
Don't let people fool You Ben has had some very great playoff games.
While L. Tomlinson was in 10 playoff games with a total of less than 500 yards....not very good.
Remember....You keep this going. I said We could agree to disagree.

LoL. Yeah Let's just judge a Qb in His 1st SB in His 2nd year in the NFL. I guess You forgot the playoffs, and how He played to get them to that SB. LoL. He had exactly the same amount of tds in that Seattle SB as TB12 had in His 1st SB.....difference was He was only in His 2nd season, and TB12 was in His 5th. He also had more tds in the playoffs that year than KFP has all season this year. Think about that. LoL You go to the playoffs 12 different years....You will have some bad playoff games. Ask P. Manning, and T. Brady. This was all brought up because L. Tomlinson was in 10 playoff games, and rushed for less than 500 yards all added together. That's less than 50 yards a game average. Not very good for a RB that is in the HOF, and some feel is one of the greatest .

Ben was great vs. Bengals, Colts and Broncos in 2005 season playoff run. AFC Championship win over Broncos was his best playoff performance, IMO. The TD throw to Ward with Bailey covering was epic.

Wow! we've somehow gone from Tomlinson (who I would rate right behind Barry Sanders) to ben to Bradshaw, to Peyton and Brady. Point is still the same. Judge on the whole body of work, not a cherry picked 10. So, you don't like Tomlinson and his non productive playoff appearances. I'll throw it back at you, I guess you forgot how LaDanian played to GET to the playoffs.

I'm not cherry picking anything. Thats all of His playoff games. 10. Should I have made more up??? I gave what He had. He was an awesome RB in the regular season, and a very poor RB in the playoffs.

Now, we can agree. You were claiming he was a bum based solely on his playoff performances. Not his fault that he played for the Chargers. I swear, if they had had Montana and Rice, that brain trust would have handed the ball off every play!

I mean it’s amazing this guy just won’t have a losing season. We have been out gained every game so far and yet we are 5-3. In any normal universe this is a 2 win team right now. Statistically we are a bottom 3 team and should be fighting for the #1 pick.

And You don't think the coaching has anything to do with it. Honestly how Many coaches do You know that could do that with the way our Qb is playing???
I said Many times I was ready to move on from Him before, but 2019, and last year renewed My belief in Him. I promise You this....if it was so easy to stay at 500 , or above no teams would drop below it.....You think GMs, and coaches like getting fired, and that's what ends up happening when they do.

If you can make the playoffs at 9-8, win a championship, then you can’t call the season anything other than successful.

I doubt that happens, but good things come to those who win. Packers, Arizona, Indy, Seattle gets you to 9 wins. Win some division games and keep going.

i think we beat Cincy at home and beat Seattle. At least one of those happen, Call me an optimist.

10-7. I think three teams from the AFC north get in and the fourth may be 9-8 or even 10-7. hopefully the Steelers get in.
