STEELERS DRAFT POSITION FOR 2024

A lot of these guys have chicken little syndrome.
This thread isn’t aging very well.

 

You still think they will be drafting top 5 ? Fans overreact to a loss .

 

This started out poorly and got worse

 

This guy overreacts to everything.

I'm pretty sure you are glad it didn't age well. Must admit I don't follow NCAA football so I really don't know what is out there but the Pittsburgh Steelers have done pretty darn good over the years with lower draft picks. Zero guarantee on how well a draft pick will turn out. Hell the guy picked last in the draft was starting QB in a NFCCG.

We'll pick somewhere between 14-20, unless the Khan Artist makes a makes move on draft day.

 

1st remember.....I never wanted Canada...nor do I want him, but I believe in the truth....
Again...a slow old Ben in Canada system 16 games 22 tds, and 10 ints.

KFP, and Trubisky in Canada's system in 25 games all added....18 tds, and 20 ints. I would say the Qb play at this point is a big difference. That's 2 more tds , and 8 less turnovers in 9 less games. That shows me the OC is bad, but the Qb play is also very bad right now. I mean really think about that..... 2 more tds, and 8 less turnovers in 9 less games, and only the Qb is really different....hell Ben had no Pickens, and had Green as a center most of that time.

That's a fairly accurate assessment at this point. A couple wins or losses is all that separates that grouping. I think at 8 and 9 wins we have been at or around 20.

 

I took a beating on this post and rightfully so, I deserve it! Never post after a loss, lesson learned!

Yep. I think the remaining schedule could go either way for us.

It's not a particularly difficult 2nd half of the season, but we tend to play down to opponents that are beatable.

 

If we keep getting these cheap wins, we will probably get our usual middle of the pack choice, unfortunately.
