Kenny “Whipping “ the ball

Maybe I was reading to much in to it but it seemed like he was whipping the ball rather than methodically throwing

It was if he didn’t have the strength to throw normally

Did I just imagine this does he always throw that way is he hurt

 

I'm not sure but I'm can't imagine that the rib injury wasn't a factor at all. However, there were numerous throws that seemed like it took forever to get to the receiver.

I saw a theory that he took a while to loosen up last night due to the injury. I'm not sure if that is true. He has had some issues with accuracy at times this season, but nothing like that first half. That is not his norm.

Watching the ball jump out of Will Levis's hand last night reminded me of just how bad of an NFL Arm we have gotten used to here in Pittsburgh.

I blame Ben for this. We just have gotten used to a QB with little to no Zip on the ball. Ben's last years, then Mason, and now Kenny just don't seem to be able to make the ball jump out of their hands like other NFL QBs do.

Watching Levis throw the ball last night, I was like damn, I wish that was what the future looked like for the Steelers.
