Bull$hit. What affect some one is their biology. Not an number.

DJ is the only player that started (slot WR) that is still on this roster. Chuks played in one game due to injury but spent most of the year on the bench/inactive. Those are the only two offensive players that are still around from 2019.

I don't claim to know something that 32 NFL teams don't. 31 NFL teams had a chance to have Mason on their roster and 31 NFL teams thought they had 3 QB's better than him already. The only NFL team that thinks Mason is worth a roster spot thinks Mitch is better than him. Those are just the facts.

That's a dumb statement. How many team passed on K. Warner???? So many times He was bagging groceries. How about J. Harrison???? It means absolutely nothing. If teams knew so damn much they wouldn't have draft bust.

There's really only one thing that trumps this ridiculous argument that somehow keeps getting resurrected more than Jason Vorhees, and that's the coaches decision.
Doesn't the decision of some highly paid NFL coaches carry more weight than any of our opinions?

Yes, but You know what I , and many NFL players will tell You....money paid a player trumps all in who plays. Guess who's making about 5 times more than the other one.

Right, which only solidifies the argument that the Steelers value Trubs more. They were willing to pay him more.

Or made a mistake. You notice they made Him sign a new deal to cut His original pay, or they were going to let Him go.

Right again. And Rudolph was on the free agency market for awhile with no takers. The Steelers brought him back from the bargain bin, more than likely because he knew the system well and could help any other QBs on the roster. Call their QB moves mistakes all you want but arguing which backup quarterback is better, both of which no one else has wanted to this point, seems like a futile argument.

LoL. So. 5 tds, 7 ints, and 2 wins compared to 16 td, and 11 ints , and 5 wins means nothing. ok:shrug:.
Knowing how this Defense is constructed. I'd just take whomever doesn't throw the most ints....let alone the guy who has double the tds, and goes down field the most, but Hey...what do I know.

Let's just wrap this up with a tiny little bow. The Steelers thought enough of Trubs to pay him more than Rudolph. To this point, they think more of Trubiskys talent, which is why he's QB2, and not Rudolph. Suggesting the Steelers are more interested in their investment than putting a better player on the field is a pretty big accusation but one that's not all that uncommon around here.

You also may be right. But it doesn't matter. Rudolph does have some strengths that Trubs doesn't have. Clearly the team doesn't think those are enough to warrant giving him the start. Let's hope neither of them have to play again the rest of the season.

And it all comes down to money. Think about this.....they offered Him a contract that they couldn't get out of .....before seeing Him play, and after seeing Him play with us....they made him sign a different one, or be let go. I would bet dollars to doughnuts if they had only signed Him to one year originally He would be gone, and still they brought Mason back.

Maybe, but that's all speculation and it doesn't matter in the least. Neither player is the future at the position and right now we're not sure their first round pick is either.

You could actually replace Joshua Dobbs with Mason Rudolph in this comment. Dobbs at least got an opportunity to play for Cards as starter but he is now as of today traded to fill in for Cousins in Minnesota. Shows the present state of the QB situation in the NFL.

The Steelers ability to determine which player is the best to put on the field is not a given that’s for sure. (But I have a feeling there are some in org that do think MR should be no 2)

sometimes they even fail to find the best coach/coordinator

that’s why there are forums and debates.

I'm not talking about after this year. I'm worried about this year. Hell I'm not for very sure any Qb on the team is the future, but I believe KFP, and Mason....in that order give us the best chances to win this year.
Just because none of them maybe the future....doesn't mean We shouldn't play the best We have on the team.

Again, that is your opinion and it's clear and obvious that the team doesn't agree with that.

Yeah they didn't agree that T. Edmunds sucked ....until his contract ran out....yet even his next team only kept Him for 5 games before letting Him go....yet We kept Him His whole contract. Same with Jarvis Jones, and Bush Just because we do it ....doesn't make it correct.

You guys keep saying no other team looked at Him, and I give You examples of other players that happened to, and because it doesn't fit Your narrative....it's somehow wrong. Tell Me smart guy how K. Warner, and J. Harrison is any different. By the way How M. Willis doing??? LoL :lolol::roflmao:
How many times must I be correct about something 1st before You Guys pay attention. I believe I was the 1st to say about Canada , and You laughed at that... ...I don't know .....I can't tell....are You still laughing about it???? Should I go on???....,or are You going to say You didn't think it was Canada, and You weren't blaming it on Ben.
