I missed the game...w'happened?

I'm in L.A. and was busy with family, so I haven't seen much except the final score. Can someone give me a rundown? I know Ben started it and ended it with bad picks.

 

That pretty much sums it up. Ben was channeling Tommy Maddox again. Defense looked good, especially Troy. Bengals wanted it more and played better football.

 

Nothing to see here, move along.

 

we sucked.. we lost .. we scored 10 points on 3 picks.. we lost on a pic 6 by ben.. we ended the game on a pic by ben as is becoming the new normal.. ben looks like the old carson plamer.. play it close and let carson throw an INT at the end. now thats what ben does

Don`t even know where to start...
Keisel got called for an excessive celebration penalty, for doing his normal "drawing the bow" celebration, after he sacked Andy on their 1st possession...
Still made them punt...
Suisham missed a 24 yd chip shot fg, on a bad snap,
After Ben threw a quick pick 6, tryin to get the ball to Heath from inside our 10 yard line, their cb made a Troy-type play...
In short... The defense left their guts all over the field, tryin like hell, to get in the play-offs, and the O(esp Ben), didn`t hiold up their end of the bargain.
It takes me too long to type, so u might wanna just check out the Tribune review, or the Piost Gazette, for play by play, box score type stuff...
Butr basically, from my point of view...
the offense didn`t want it bad enuff...
Did make a 4th n 1 ... got 3 points at the end of that drive..
Wierd game.. Cincy wenty for it on 4th and 22 and came within half of the width of the reciever`s shoe of getting it... at some point, where, nobody really expected them to go for it...
I think maybe we swithched runningbacks too often...
I dunno...
Lotsa weird stuff in this game... but, basically, I wo0uld have to blame the offense for not scoring at least 17 points.
The defense played their ass off, and basically gave up 2 field goals, and we lost...
Summary over. (I`m not usually one to divide the team, between O and D.. But if you saw the game... The D busted their asses... had at least 2 turnovers... gave the O) every chance thy could ask for... but didn`t hold up their end.)
Sorry, but it is what it is, and that`s what I saw.

The defense allowed 3 points and we lost by 3.

Again.

 

What happened? Fail happened.

But basically what everyone has said, so far.

The most disturbing part is that the Steelers won the turnover battle today, and still lost the game.

Cortez Allen played like a man possessed and was personally responsible for giving the offense 3 extra possessions. The offense did absolutely squat with those opportunities. They didn't even use them to get ahead of the field position battle. It was pathetic.

 

What happened? Our elite franchise QB choked again.

 

"Obviously" we didn't make enough significant plays to win the football game.
