    1. With an extra week to prepare, this was the time to get rid of canada..... we didn't.... looks like we're stuck with him for the season.... seriously have to consider our coaching acumen from top to bottom

    2. After dominating the browns, and watching that same browns team beat up on a 49ers team that totally broke us, I must again question our coaches

    3. Levi Wallace is the 3rd most targeted cb in the league, and Patrick Peterson isn't far behind... meanwhile, Joey Porter Jr has a qb rating against him of exactly 0.0.... and Teryl Austin still says he's not ready.... Canada isn't the only problem here

    4. The division title will go down to the wire with all 4 teams being a factor

    5. Hopefully, Broderick Jones Remains the starter at LT.... the more I look at Dan Moore's film, the more I see someone that would be better on the right side

    6. Speaking of the aforementioned Patrick Peterson, it appears to me that if his career is to continue, then he needs to go to the slot or even convert to safety

    7. An extra week to get healthy is always a good thing..... welcome back DJ

    8. Thank you Brad Wing for a more than competent job standing in for Presley Harvin..
Hopefully the light remains on for him in his return

    9. Getting the young guys involved is paramount

    10. Any given Sunday made its presence felt in a big way

    11. On an outside note: these ain't your daddy's lions and texans

Winning ugly and continue to be great in close game will be the only hope to make the playoffs this year

Either we win ugly or we catch an epic beating

That’s been the story with this team for quite sometime now and why many of us are frustrated. Limp to a 9-8 type record or make the playoffs and get beat by 20. This organization is the definition of average and it never used to be that way. How they can continue to roll this Canada offense out week after week is a slap in all of the fans faces. So sick and tired of watching this garbage offense struggle for 90% of a game to even get a first down. And to be honest the defense isn’t much better they just happen to have a generational talent in TJ that can single handily take over a game.

    12. In hindsight. It may have been better to lose going into the bye if it meant getting rid of Canada.

Well, you won't have to wait long. We will come off a bye ... healthier and play like we never knew how to play football. If history and Tomlin's track record stays the same.

#4 will make it fun the rest of the way out.

#11 makes me think should the Detroit Lions somehow make it to the show, I'll feel bad for the AFC rep. I would guess the entire NFL country would jump on the bandwagon of the Lions. TBH, I generally root AFC but unless the Steelers are the rep. I'm all in for the Lions.

I don't think that was happening either way. It's not as if the offense looked good in that game. They stunk most of the day, but Pickett hit some throws on the final drive to win it. They didn't even have a touchdown until the late one to Pickens.

11 (not steeler related but in your post, so take the blame, lol) The Lions yes, but Jared Goff is having a quiet but stellar season. Top 5 in most QB stats, 13-3 28 TD's and 4 ints in his last 16 starts, they are a team to watch in the NFC.

Goff is an example of quarterbacks taking a little while to get it. He looked completely at times with the Rams, but he has consistently improved since going to the Lions.

And really handled it well, a top pick with a SB resume, being traded to a traditional dumpster fire, had to be internally humiliating. He bought in, the locker room seems to love him and that is as much a part of the game as playing.

Goff is a underrated QB...You can win with him and by moment you can win because of him too.He had some struggle from super bowl 53 until 2021 but since last year he has been very good!

To make it Steelers related..... if they commit to Goff for the future, maybe we can put a package in for Hendon Hooker...
(Now maybe you can absolve me of any blame)
