This says it's KP, read it for yourself.

Pickett’s taken 11 sacks this season, half the amount of the most-sacked quarterback in Commanders’ Sam Howell. According to PFF, he’s responsible for the bulk of them and not his line. The analytics site has charged the second-year quarterback with eight.

Most have come during the Week 1 opener versus the 49ers (5), but he took a few on the chin in their second loss of the season to Houston. He walked right into the most egregious sack he’s taken when his leg bent awkwardly on a sack by defensive end Jonathan Greenard.

While bailing from seemingly clean-ish pockets is definitely something KFP needs to work on... its kinda the fault of both. There rae plenty of times Kenny's delivered good balls from the pocket where he got absolutely obliterated too. Its gone both ways.

The offense as a whole is struggling for a lot of reasons. Line hasn't blocked particularly well for the backs, the play calling has been terrible, the QB has been inconsistent, etc. Lots to work with in the "needs to be better" department.

It can be both, along with a combination of other things like the scheme. They can’t run the ball on early downs and are continually in third and long.

The game hasn’t slowed down for Kenny, maybe it never will.

I’m watching Zach Wilson here vs a very good Eagles defence and while he isn’t particularly good he is moving the ball and is not the disaster that he was in the past and isn’t making big mistakes and killing his team. Young QB’s can improve with experience.

    It's multiple -

Canada's needs to go n a new system w a qualified oc to take out the white noise

New offensive staff including a NEW qualified ol coach

Then you can determine if Pickett n OL are as bad as they look. Currently they are coached to read n block things based on a crappy system.

In short players set up to fail n even a solid group on off will struggle

IMO OL needs stud C n RT this with quality system n ol coach will settle the debate

i don't think it's one or the other that's a problem but a combination of many things. player intelligence amongst other things. players not reading and reacting to what is in front of them and making the most of each play. seems to be way too many mental breakdowns and mostly mental breakdowns by a crucial player to each play. not playing as a cohesive unit on either side of the ball. the defense is living on splash plays. the offense seems to have someone breaking down on any given play.

i think with DJ back it should help the passing game and not just passes to him. i hope that resonates with KFP. it should free up other players. i hope he doesn't hone in on DJ. friermuth back in as a crucial blocker in the run game could create problems as well. i hope they work on fixing some of these things but will they? at this point it is more game planning instead of correction. they should have corrected things last week. many weren't back from IR or injuries yet to do that.
