Most Steelers fans are slowly turning into Browns fans. Mentality wise that is. That's what losing and mediocrity does.

I’m not really happy with the status of the team right now, but we are a LONG way from Browns level losing and mediocrity.

IDK. We're starting to celebrate not having a losing season. That's Browns fans level of accepting mediocrity. ;)

There's no way Canada returns in 2024, there's no reason for him to return, after three years no improvement in the offense and his contract is up.

Let me see ... is it thousands of fans that have the problem or just poor you?! Stop pacifying this guy. I don't understand why so called fans enjoy mediocre play from a well put together and talented team. The coaches aren't held accountable but the players are. We see, that this team, is way better than what we see on game day. It's a disgrace what you are paying for and viewing. We couldn't even make an appearance with the killer B's ... smh!

JMO, but it's one thing to boo, a play, and another to chant for a guys head. I want the OC gone, and never wanted Him, but I have always hated the mob mentality. Lots of evil things have been done in this type of mentality.

Are we celebrating it though or are we saying the non losing season is why Tomlin isn't on the hot seat or discussed by talking heads of losing his team? I don't expect the 76 Steelers every year but I do want them to have drilled into their players that letting an edge rusher have a free shot at your QB because you didn't feed some speed to your rear end, is not acceptable.

Didn't Haley get his lawn vandalized and Cowher wouldn't stop for gas unless it was late at night? That to me is way past the line and into crazy territory.

WTF is as good as they are they barely beat the broncos and struggled in the red zone. How is our record misleading? Was it magic? The other team left the field? It is what it is. I don't give a flying took about what happened before this year. It's different players and team. Teams struggle from time to time and it's better to win while you struggle than lose.

Well glen, your buddy should have been removed for threatening some old man. He paid for his ticket and last time I checked this is America and many have died to defend his right to say what he wants too. Your buddy is a punk.

I agree about individual rights, but at what point does one fans right infringe on others rights? I think that is the issue. There used to be some level of decorum or respect for others. We may not all agree, but we shouldn’t overpower others in the process.

Also in America you can get a fist in your pie hole if you’re running your trap and annoying someone.

Every damned year, when he gets to 8 wins (or 9 now), his fan club cheers like we won something. There's acknowledging something trivial, and then there's partying.

Edit to add: and when anyone points out we haven't won a playoff game since 2016, only won 3 in 11 years, etc etc etc, we always hear "yeah, but never a losing season!" Ok, I'll grant you that some of them are trolling. But not all.

It’s not what they’re saying. It’s the frequency in which they’re saying it.

That was my point. I live in Cleveland. I hear the same crap every year from fans, then dead silence around this time of year. Like it is now. They've already cashed it in.

So true. There was another poster who had a very cool signature saying something to the effect, sports allows us to get passionate over something that is meaningless for life. OK, that is not the exact quote but something like that.

Funny, that poster also asked if anybody knew who said the quote. I loved the quote and am PO'd I didn't copy it down cause I liked it and I don't see it anymore and can't remember member.

My Golf club has a ton of guys over 70 and 8-9 in their 80's. They are constantly adjusting their swing to work around pains. There is a bench at every hole since so many need to rest and heal between holes.

I guess so. Glad that the guy realized he was being a Jack ass and apologized. Would’ve hated to have to bail my buddy out of jail.
