I didn't mean in their playing style, people were complaining about his antics when he doesn't get the ball.

Pencil him in at LT for the next 8 years atleast . Start JPJ give more playing time to Kwon Alexander and Herbig Keep playing the Rookie TE even when Friermuth comes back.

It seems like to me that Pickett never steps up in the pocket, he's always trying to run around it.

100% he needs to learn to step up. I'm no defensive genius but I know when he even thinks there's pressure he wants to spin...and escape to his left. Surprise...that dude on defense seems to always keep his rush integrity and is waiting for him.

I’ve noticed that as well. He rarely “climbs the pocket”. I think coaching can help with that but it also may show a loss of confidence in his line.

Gotcha. He can be a bit of a punk, but he is nowhere near as bad as Brown.

I think at least part of that is Cole getting shoved backwards far too often.

Playoffs??? As good as they have played, after they have been bad, we need a total 60 mins just to get the the playoffs. I'm not trying to be harsh, with the exception of yesterday they were on the field to long in every game, and we cannot expect them to hold up like that for 12 more games. I will take the win and indeed they came up big when needed, but way to many easy yards and without drops in nearly wide open plays this game could have been a blowout..against us. Not trying to be negative, but if they do not stop the run, and continue with lousy secondary play this team is not going to the playoffs.

If Moore turns out to be the best man, we have another bust on our hands

I guess everyone for got who was the LT when Kenny got killed last week. What I did see of Jones looks promising....especially on a few run blocking plays, but some of His pass blocking looked no different than Moore....although He has played the position for less time. If He continues to develop....Moore will need to work on the RT position more.

That was more Kenny than Jones. Jones had adequately blocked his guy. Pickett drives me crazy with that spin move into pressure. This isn’t the ACC. OLBs and DEs are a lot more disciplined and quite a bit faster in the NFL. You can’t normally get away with those pirouettes at this level.

LoL. I Agree, but Ive been saying this. A lot of sacks, and pressures are on KFP...yet when He runs into a sack with Moore out there it's some how on Moore. You can't run into the lanes that the LTs Rts are trying to pass the defender up....yet when a Qb runs straight into them.....it appears it matters who those guys are before it's blame on The Qb .....example if it's Moore it's Moores fault....if its Jones....it's KFP fault. LoL

Anytime Pickett channels his inner Chuck Foreman and does that stupid spin into the arms of a rusher, it’s on him.

Yeah he was a great route runner. So sad what happened to him, where was the intervention he so desperately needed. I know off topic and water under the bridge but every time I read about him here and I think what was lost for him and the team. Back to the current, my bad!

I actually think this is His biggest weakness. If You ever notice most of our big plays by Him come from him not paying attention to whether He will get Hit, and He just steps up, and just delivers the pass. Almost all our big plays happen that way. Hell all Qbs in the NFL have to take a hit to deliver at times.

He’s skittish in the pocket right now for sure. He’ll need to overcome that in order to be able to take the next step and have success long-term.

I do have to give Him big props on when He does stand, and deliver though. Because a lot of times is not what you do, but when You do it.

He has done it at the pro level, too, but just not often enough. If I remember correctly, he took hits on the long touchdowns to Pickens and Austin. He took one one a beautiful throw against the Jets last season.

Broderick SHOULD start over Dan Moore... but he will not should Moore be healthy. However, Dan Moore... versus Aaron Donald; Grandmaster of the Speed Rush?! A form of pass rush that Dan Moore simply cannot win against consistently?!

    Oh boy....
